You allocate to private equity or private debt. You want alternatives to decade long lockups, stale quarterly marks, and GP discretion over your exit timing.

Browse the Vex catalog and commit capital through anchor commitments or book build bids. Units are priced continuously as the book develops. The fee is 1% per year. No carried interest.

After the 12 month seasoning period, you can place sell orders on the secondary market. Execution depends on counterparty availability at an acceptable price.

Qualified Purchasers ($5M+ in investments for individuals, $25M+ for institutions) can participate today.

For companies and shareholders

You want to offer employees and early investors liquidity opportunities without going public.

Vex acquires equity through primary and secondary channels and creates a market for tradeable units representing that position. Existing shareholders can convert private shares into fund units through warehousing (see How Vex Works). Your cap table stays clean, your governance stays controlled, and your shareholders get an opportunity for liquidity.
